This policy explains how Ladoo ("Ladoo") uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) on tryladoo.com and app.tryladoo.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature. They let a site remember you between pages and visits.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary. Needed for sign-in, security and to remember your cookie choices. These can't be switched off in our tools, but you can block them in your browser; parts of the Services will then stop working.
Analytics. Help us understand how visitors use our website and dashboard so we can improve them. We use these only with your consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Elsewhere, we use them unless you opt out through "Cookie settings" or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
We don't use advertising or retargeting cookies.

Session recording
If we enable PostHog session recording, it records how you interact with pages (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling) so we can find usability problems. Text you type is masked, and in the dashboard all text is masked by default. We never record screens that show call content, transcripts or caller information.
Your choices
- Cookie settings: use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of our website to accept or reject analytics at any time.
- Global Privacy Control: we treat a GPC signal as an opt-out of analytics cookies for that browser, and show "Opt-out preference signal honored" in Cookie settings.
- Do Not Track: treated the same as GPC.
- Google Analytics opt-out: browser add-on. See also how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies.
