Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: November 6, 2026
This policy is part of the Ladoo Terms of Service.
Subscriptions renew automatically
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. At checkout we show the plan price, what's included, overage rates, phone number fees and the renewal terms, and we ask you to agree to automatic renewal separately. We email a receipt and a confirmation that repeats these terms and explains how to cancel.
How to cancel
- Online, any time: Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. Cancelling takes a few clicks and doesn't require contacting us.
- By email: billing@tryladoo.com from an account owner's email address. We'll confirm by email.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your plan's features until then, and you won't be charged again for the plan. Any usage over your allowance during the final period is billed on a final invoice.
When the plan ends, phone numbers on it are released and may be reassigned to others. If you want to keep a number, request a port-out before your plan ends (see Terms Section 6.4). Your workspace moves to the Free plan; call data stays available under the Terms' data retention rules.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable, including:
- partial months after cancellation;
- unused included minutes, AI messages or other allowances (they don't roll over);
- usage and overage charges;
- phone number fees, including for numbers released mid-month.
Exceptions. We will refund:
- charges made in error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation;
- prepaid fees for the unused period if we terminate your account for convenience (not for cause) or discontinue a paid service you've paid for;
- where the law requires a refund.
We may also give a refund or credit at our discretion; doing so once doesn't oblige us to do it again.
To request a refund, email billing@tryladoo.com within 60 days of the charge with the invoice number and reason.
Plan changes
- Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of the current period.
- Upgrades: the prorated difference is added to your next invoice.
- Downgrades: any prorated credit is applied to future invoices. It isn't paid out as a refund. You need to be within the lower plan's limits (for example numbers, seats and client workspaces) before downgrading.
Price changes
We'll email you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. The new price applies from your next billing period after that notice. You can cancel before then without paying the new price.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we and Stripe will retry and email you. If it still isn't paid, we may suspend live calling and paid features and then end the plan, which releases its phone numbers.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually resolve it faster. Disputing a valid charge may lead to suspension of your account (Terms Section 7.8).
GoHighLevel Marketplace purchases
If you pay for Ladoo through the GoHighLevel Marketplace, cancellations and refunds for those charges follow GoHighLevel's Marketplace process.
Annual reminder
If you stay subscribed for a year, we'll email you a yearly reminder of your plan, its price and how to cancel.
