Subprocessors

Ladoo uses the subprocessors below to process Customer Personal Data (including caller data) on behalf of our customers, under our Data Processing Addendum. Each is bound by a written agreement with data protection obligations at least as protective as the DPA's.
Get notified of changes: email privacy@tryladoo.com with the subject "Subscribe to subprocessor updates". We give at least 30 days' notice before a new subprocessor starts processing Customer Personal Data. See DPA Section 6.

Not subprocessors
- Services you connect, such as GoHighLevel, your CRM, your calendar, or webhook endpoints you configure. We send them data on your instructions, under your own agreement with them.
- Sign-in providers (Google, GitHub), which you choose to authenticate with.
- Website and product analytics (for example PostHog and Google Analytics, if used). These process data about visitors and dashboard users that Ladoo controls, not Customer Personal Data. They are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and must never be used on screens that show call content.
