Agents

Shape what your AI receptionist says, knows and does on every call.

Create an agentCreate a Ladoo AI receptionist from a starting point like Front desk, After hours or Emergency triage, or describe your own and let AI draft it.
Write your agent's prompt and greetingsTell your Ladoo agent who it is and how to behave with the system prompt, set the first thing callers hear, and reuse details with variables.
Choose a voice and fix pronunciationsPick your Ladoo agent's voice from the voice library, set how fast it speaks, and teach it how to say local place names and brand words.
Choose what your agent asks callersSet the details your Ladoo agent collects on every call, like name, callback number and address, and add custom fields for anything else your team needs.
Teach your agent about your businessGive your Ladoo agent your prices, hours, services and FAQs with a knowledge base. Add your website, files, text or questions and answers.
Use call scriptsGive your Ladoo agent a call script: what to ask, in what order, and lines it must say word for word, like a greeting or a legal disclosure.
Design how calls go with workflowsUse the Ladoo workflow editor to set the steps each call follows: talk, collect details, answer questions, take messages, check conditions and transfer.
Transfer calls to your teamHave your Ladoo agent put callers through to a person: one phone number, or whoever is on call in a team, with what happens if nobody answers.
Edit with AI and Build with AIDescribe changes to your Ladoo agent in plain words. Edit with AI updates the prompt, greetings and fields; Build with AI builds and edits the workflow.
Publish changes and version historyHow publishing works in Ladoo: edits stay as a draft until you click Save & publish, each publish creates a version, and live calls switch right away.
The call disclosure, and the law behind itWhy every Ladoo call opens with a short notice about recording, service providers and AI, which parts you can change, and the laws each part is there for.
