Get a phone number for your agent

Each Ladoo phone number is answered by one agent. You can get a local number your callers will recognize, or a toll-free one.

#Get a number

1. Open Phone Numbers and click Get a number.
2. Choose Local ($2 a month) or Toll-free ($5 a month).
3. Search by area code or city, like 512 or Austin, TX, and click Search.
4. Under Answered by, choose the agent.
5. Click Pick a number on the one you want.

The number works right away. Call it from your mobile to check.

#Who can get numbers

Phone numbers start on paid plans: up to 2 on Starter, 10 on Pro and 100 on Agency (shared with client workspaces). Numbers are billed on the same bill as your plan. See Plans and pricing.

#Already have a number?

You don't have to switch. Forward your existing line to your Ladoo number, all the time or only when you're busy or closed. See Forward your existing number.
